Assessing Human-centred Design Processes in Product Development by Using the Inuse Maturity Model

The paper discusses about the evaluation of the quality of human-centred design processes in product development. It introduces the concept of usability maturity model to be used as an instrument in evaluating human-centred processes, and presents experiences from two assessments, where a novel usability maturity model developed by an EU research project INUSE was used.
